How we use your details
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the Addapt.ai updates list. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Addapt.ai is an initiative of Plan A Health. Plan A Health is responsible for the information collected on this website (the “data controller”). You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@addapt.ai.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- If you choose to tell us, how you are interested in Addapt.ai (for example, as a clinician or an early backer).
Please do not send us health information through this website. The sign-up form is not used to provide care or advice.
Why we use it
- To send you news about Addapt.ai, including its launch.
- To invite you to help shape our pilot, if you are interested.
- To understand which groups are interested, so updates are relevant to you.
We use your details only because you have given us your consent by joining the list. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your details. This website and its sign-up form are hosted by Netlify, which stores the information on our behalf and only acts on our instructions. If we later use an email service to send updates, it will work on the same basis. Some of these providers are based in the United States; where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by legally approved safeguards.
This website loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. If Addapt.ai does not go ahead, we will delete the list.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it, or remove you from the list
- stop using it
Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email hello@addapt.ai. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
